Women in Private Capital Canada (“WPCC”) works to empower connectivity, support and career development for women in the private capital ecosystem across Canada. We encourage women from all verticals of the private capital industry to join - bankers, investors, lawyers, advisors, consultants - all are welcome.

When women come together to support one another, relationships are cultivated, ideas are shared and we all benefit. WPCC was founded with this in mind, and the hope that through more interactions as a community we can both foster success with the current generation of industry professionals, and build a sustainable pipeline of women for the future of the private capital industry.
